totally sick, stuck here at work for another 45 minutes, feeling like a pile of ickiness. Want to do something to differentiate tonight from all the other nights, but not sure what. No energy. What do I do?
I am a marriage and family therapist trainee finishing up my thesis and working at a practicum site. I currently co-lead a Creative Expressions therapy group, and my plan is to one day run an art therapy camp.
My passion lies in the heritage arts - things like knitting, quilting, candlemaking, ceramics - things that used to be a necessity but now are an art form with utilitarian value.
